Distilled in Scotland, aged for more than three years in American or European Oak.
Irish Whisky
Irish Whiskey is whiskey distilled and aged in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Gin
Gin is a white spirit normally distilled from a grain and draws is distinctive flavour from juniper berries which are typically grown in northern Europe.
Canadian Whisky
Historically Canadian Whiskey was made with a corn base and now include rye grains.
